Angus aluminium alloy series products are all processed with 6060 grade aluminium profiles, with mechanical properties in line with EU standards.

Aluminium alloys have excellent corrosion resistance to salt, water, blood, organic solvents and some chemicals.

The surface of oxidised aluminium alloy can be used without spraying paint, which is non-toxic and clean, especially suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries with stringent environmental requirements.

Technical description

The panel is made of high-strength 6060 aluminium alloy with anti-slip surface by special treatment of concentrated load, and the load capacity is up to 6000Kg.

-The lap panel is made of a whole piece of high-strength extruded aluminium profile with anti-slip surface treatment and long-life closed hinges, the closed structure can effectively prevent dust and debris from entering.

-Lap panels are double circuit controlled.

-Equipped with solenoid valves to effectively take care of operator safety.

-Equipped with 380V Italian made hydraulic unit.

-The protection class of the control unit is P55 according to the EU CEI 20/22/2 standard. 7 metres of connecting cable are available.

-Comes standard with 2 high quality rubber crash cushions.
